Five 7 story buildings will be arranged around two courtyards. I do give the Optima credit for going green with their developments and hopefully they will carry that trend over to this development as well. With their contemporary designs, floor to ceiling glass windows, and lush landscaping. They are  definitely a great condominium developer, I really enjoy the Optima Camel View, but is Scottsdale ready for another luxury development?

But will these 7 story buildings effect the neighborhoods around it? How are the residents of the neighboring homes going to react with these buildings towering into their privacy? Is that corner of 68th st and Camelback Rd. ready for triple the traffic of both foot and transportation? What is going to happen to the housing market with adding 493 units to the already over-saturated condo market, will this truly add to the economy or will we have another half empty complex out there?
